Prince James, Prince Charming's twin brother, was a character on the television series Once Upon a Time. He appeared in the episode "The Shepherd".
History
The 'real' Prince James was born to Ruth and her unnamed husband, along with his twin. He was traded to Rumplestiltskin to save the family farm. Rumplestiltskin gave the infant to King George who named him James and raised him as his own.
The prince is seen fighting Behemoth in a sword fight. After apparently winning the match, the prince meets with King George and King Midas. The three come to an arrangement wherein if the prince can defeat a dragon that has been ravaging Midas' kingdom, Midas will supply George's kingdom with gold, using his Midas Touch.
However, after Midas has departed, Behemoth rises and stabs the prince through the torso, killing him. This event necessitates King George making an additional deal with Rumplestiltskin. He trades the where abouts of the Fairy Godmother to the wizard in exchange for the dead prince's twin, the man now calling himself Prince James. ("The Shepherd")
