Dion-Richard was born in Vancouver, Canada. Dion-Richard studied acting at The University of Victoria, British Columbia. After graduating, she moved to London, England, where she attained a Masters from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Dion-Richard has appeared in multiple stage productions in Vancouver. Her film credits include The Young Victoria , They Mean a Lot to Me, The Wolfman , and 10 Arenas of Marwood .
