Life and Career
George was born in Jerusalem to Jewish parents, both of whom had immigrated to Israel from India, in July 1952; the youngest of four siblings. When George was a year old, the family immigrated to London, England, and here, he attended an all-boys' school. In 1966, the family moved to Toronto, Canada where he attended public high school, followed by the University of Toronto, which is where he became involved in theater. George left before graduation and formed an unsuccessful theater group, joined The Second City, where he trained with comedy greats including John Candy, among others, and his career in acting and voice-over work has flourished ever since. He has done movie appearances, such as his role in Horrible Bosses, and has provided voice work for many video games such as DuckTales: Remastered, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time and Diablo III. He has also appeared in many television shows, with both voice and regular roles, such as in Mickey Mouse, Beware the Batman and the spin-off to ABC's hit-fantasy, Once Upon a Time: Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, in which he portrayed an old prisoner.
